Please be aware that Australia does not have the excellent hallmarking regulations of the UK. I handstamp ‘925’ to indicate sterling silver as I am confident that is what I have used to create your piece of jewellery. I use fine silver to embellish items which means it will not be stamped ‘999’ as it is only in small amounts.
I use only 999 fine silver, recycled 925 sterling silver and copper sourced from an Australian bullion dealer.
Gold used for decorative elements is recycled 9 carat unless otherwise stated.
Ear Wires
All of the ear wires for my drop earrings have been made by me using 0.9mm sterling silver wire and ear posts for studs have either been made by me using the aforementioned silver or purchased from an Australian bullion dealer so, unless you have a silver allergy, the chances of any reaction is very small.
Posts and butterfly backs for studs are also sterling silver.
Necklaces
All pendants are suspended on 45cm sterling silver chains or leather/cord. If you would prefer something different or would prefer a longer/shorter necklace, please let me know and I will see what I can do for you.
