 Shipping

Stocked Items

I endeavour to post orders of stocked items within two business days and will send you notification and tracking details (if applicable) as soon as I have sent them.

Custom

Shipping times for custom orders may be upto ten business days. Your order will be acknowledged and you will be advised when it has been shipped.

Domestic

I use Auspost for my shipping. Orders within Australia can be sent by standard or express delivery, select your preference at checkout.

 International

For international orders there is standard delivery that includes tracking. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if your country is not listed.

 

 

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging

I want you to be delighted with your purchase from the moment it arrives in your mailbox or through your door. I will send your chosen piece in a gift box ready for you to enjoy or to present to the lucky recipient. If you have any special requests, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate them. The gift box will be protected by an impact absorbing wrapper such as bubble wrap before going into the outer envelope.
